Being a young leader can be discouraging at times. However, Paul reminds Timothy in 1 Timothy 4:12, "Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity." So, if young leaders are interested in being successful in their context, they should focus on four things:
* Energy
* Diligence
* Growth
* Endurance
