Episode Summary

At the close of a really difficult year, we at the Church Leadership Podcast want to say thank you. Thank you for all the ways you've led with your churches, families, and friends. Thank you for serving at work, home, and in your community. Thank you for your perseverance, courage, and faithfulness.

Remember that even if other people forget to say thanks, God does not (Hebrews 6:10). Your effort and contributions are valuable and appreciated.

Even when other people don't know who to thank, God does (1 Peter 5:4). Your work behind the scenes or for the benefit of others makes a difference even if it is unacknowledged.

Press on friends. God sees you and loves you.
