Finding Freedom from Anxiety

The church has not historically handled the topic of anxiety well. Typically answers are surface level or over-simplified. However, there is good news. The Bible really does speak into the topic of anxiety and it has a wealth of knowledge for church leaders.

When journaling in the truth journal, begin in the center with the unpleasant emotion you are experiencing and then work your way through the other categories.
