What's CLC?
Church Leaders Conference is Watermark Resources’ annual event designed to refresh, equip, and inspire church leaders. Whether you’re a senior pastor, small group leader, tech director, or serve in operations, CLC offers two full days of practical training, biblical encouragement, and behind-the-scenes access to real ministry in action. Through mainstage sessions, over 50 breakout options, and live ministry showcases, attendees gain tools and insights to strengthen their leadership and better serve their local churches. Our goal is to meet leaders where they are—regardless of church size or role—and help them return home encouraged, sharpened, and ready to lead with renewed clarity and conviction.
Same Conference - Pick Your Dates
To make room for more church leaders to attend in 2026, we’re offering two different conference dates for the same Church Leaders Conference. Both conferences will feature the same schedule, mainstages, and breakout sessions designed to equip and encourage you and your team. The only differences will be the dates you choose and the live ministry showcases, which vary based on weekly rhythms at Watermark Community Church. There will be no pre-conference workshops this year. We hope this added flexibility helps you plan well and bring more of your team to CLC!

While many attendees are pastors, elders, and ministry directors, the conference also serves small group leaders, recovery and care ministry teams, children’s and student ministry leaders, communications, IT staff, volunteers and more. Whether you lead a church of 50 or 5,000, this conference is for you. Our aim is to provide biblical encouragement, practical tools, and real-life examples to strengthen leaders in every role and stage of ministry. Bring your whole team or come solo—you’ll leave refreshed and better equipped to serve your church and community.
Church Leaders Conference is hosted by Watermark Community Church—and entirely led by their staff. Watermark is a nondenominational evangelical church based in Dallas, Texas, committed to helping people become fully devoted followers of Christ. Since its founding in 1999, Watermark has grown into a vibrant church body focused on biblical teaching, authentic relationships, and practical discipleship. The conference is the same for both dates. Both conferences will feature the same schedule, mainstage, and breakout sessions designed to equip and encourage you and your team. The only differences will be the dates you choose and the live ministry showcases, which vary based on weekly rhythms at Watermark Community Church. For the April 27-28 conference dates, the ministry showcases are Re:generation, The Porch, and The Prodigal. For the April 29-30 conference dates, the ministry showcases are Re|engage and Merge. There will be no pre-conference workshops this year.

We aim to provide attendees with a behind-the-scenes look at how our church functions by giving them access to the people who are directly involved in its operations. While you may occasionally hear from an outside speaker or two, it's only because we believe their insights will be valuable to you.
While we love kiddos, childcare is not available during the conference.
Nursing infants 6 months and under are allowed at this event, but we kindly ask parents be mindful of noise as we record audio of all main stage and breakout sessions. There will be nursing and pumping rooms available for mothers.
Children 16 and older are allowed to attend with the purchase of a ticket.
