THE IMPACT OF ELDERS
The Bible instructs churches to appoint Elders, and explains what qualifications an Elder should have. What it doesn’t say is exactly how a group of Elders should function—how they lead the church and make decisions together on a day-to-day basis.
For 18 years, the Elders at Watermark have led their church from being a startup with no facilities to a multi-campus ministry with more than 20,000 weekly attendees.
