Ministry Host Requirements
The requirements needed in order to host/run one of our ministies are listed below:
1. Common Biblical Understanding
Churches interested in hosting a ministry must agree to the same essential biblical beliefs as those on which the curriculum is founded as defined by our "Statement of Faith."
2. Program Structure
Host churches agree to implement the ministry as designed. However, we acknowledge there may be situations where a host site may need to deviate from the structure, so hosts agree to review potential structure modifications with Watermark Resources prior to implementation.
3. Training
Hosts agree to make all reasonable efforts to enable church representatives to attend the relevant Training Conferences.
4. Trademark and License Agreement
Hosts must sign legal documentation that grants rights to use the name, materials and curriculum for given ministry.
5. Sales Tax Exemption
Hosts agree to provide a Sales Tax Exemption form, or an acceptable substitute, in order to allow workbooks to be provided to the host organization without collection of sales tax.
6. Church/Organization Leadership Approval
Two church officials must authorize the Watermark Resources Use Agreement.
