What is Re:generation?

Re:generation is a biblically-based, Christ-centered 12-step discipleship program for healing, recovery, and spiritual formation. It’s not just for those battling addiction either. Since 2013, Re:generation has helped thousands of individuals break free from sin, suffering, or unhealthy patterns and grow in full devotion to Christ. It is helpful to anyone dealing with any struggle. Re:generation is now being used by churches around the world to walk people through transformation by the power of the gospel.

Curriculum

Re:generation’s daily curriculum helps people experience freedom by abiding with Christ. It guides participants to confront sin, embrace their identity in Christ, and walk through biblical reconciliation. Scripture, prayer, and community are essential parts of the healing process.

Ministry Model

Re:generation small groups are gender-specific, mixed-issue groups. We work with your leadership to determine the best ministry implemention strategy to meet the needs of your organization.

Program Costs

There are no licensing fees to run Re:generation at your church—only the cost of workbooks. Most churches pass this cost on to participants, often adding a small amount to cover expenses like childcare.

What are the 12 Steps?

Re:generation’s 12-step discipleship program is designed to help individuals find healing, freedom, and new life through biblical principles. Each step is rooted in Scripture and focuses on spiritual transformation, not just behavior modification.  
    Steps 1-3
    Admit, Believe, Trust

    Participants admit their powerlessness, believe healing comes only through Jesus Christ, and trust their lives to God.

    Inventory, Confess, Repent

    Participants create an inventory of their lives, confess sin, and then walk in repentance.

    Follow, Forgive, Amends

    Participants discover how to walk in obedience to God’s Word in all areas of life, forgive others, and make amends.

    Continue, Intimacy, Regenerate

    Participants establish daily habits to continue walking with God, growing in intimacy with him, and experiencing daily regeneration in Christ.

Ministry Launch Process

From preparation to launch, this process typically takes around 10-12 months.

one Prepare for Change

This is where you’re in the process: research ministry options, align with your mission, and understand how implementing Re:generation affects other ministries, staff, resource needs, and availability. Once alignment is reached, you will sign a use agreement.

two Establish Leadership through a Pilot Group

A pilot group allows ministry leaders to become familiar with the curriculum, while simultaneously establishing leaders and mentors before launching church wide.

three Launch the Ministry at Your Church

Open Re:generation to your church using a ministry model that fits (seasonal or year-round). Publicize, redirect referrals for those seeking help, work on authenticity culture, and make your community aware of the resource.
